This policy covers I.T. Audit Search, (hereinafter “we, us and our ”), a I.T. Audit Search corporation, regarding use of personal information that it collects and receives from customers, individuals, businesses, and other users (hereinafter “you”).

SECTION 4 – ziftPAY
Our store is hosted on ziftPAY, as the provider of the online e-commerce platform where we sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through ziftPAY’s data storage, databases and the general ziftPAY application. Your data is stored on a server behind a firewall.
SECTION 5 – PAYMENTS
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then ziftPAY will store your credit card data. Your data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
SECTION 6 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may work with third parties in providing services, and will make our best efforts to ensure that third party contracting partners have similar privacy policies for your information, however, in no way are we liable for dissemination or improper use of your information by a third party.
In general, the third-parties used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform your buying and selling transactions with us.
